Evergreen tree, summer harvest truffle
Evergreen oak. Neat and compact growing habit and much smaller than the English oak. Although not the famous French truffle this is another black truffle that is sweetly favoured and produces from January to March. The soil must be maintained at a pH of above 7.5, using agricultural limestone.
